System restore did not resolve my problems and the computer was in reset mode! When I rang Mark for help I was very impressed that he was able to responded immediately. Working remotely he spent well over an hour retrieving all my documents, photos and personal settings. This included my treasured iTunes application. My trusted laptop that I had used for many years was not compatible with Windows 11, so thanks to Microsoft I had to purchase a new model. Now 85 years old I decided to spoil myself and get somebody in to do the transfer. Doing a Google search I came across Mark of Wizmark Computers and how lucky I've been. Considering whether you want anything done today, having been able to find someone fair and reliable usually turns out to be very difficult to do. But on this occasion, I needed someone, contacted Computer Help from Wizmark Computers, and the service I received from Mark was unbelievable in the way he dealt with the problem. We are very pleased with the service we received from Mark following a major problem occurring with our PC. Mark quickly identified the issue and offered suggestions on how to proceed. In view of the age of the PC and the severity of the problem, it was concluded that a new PC was the best option.Mark gave suggestions for which PC would suit our needs and a new PC was purchased. I've previously used Mark of Wizmark Computers for smaller tasks but when we purchased a new PC from Dell, we chose to get Mark over to install the new PC and transfer everything from the old PC. Mark completed everything we needed doing with effortless efficiency. Called on Marks service as my computer had resorted to factory settings amongst other problems. Mark turned up on time and spent the best part of four hours solving the numerous problems I had. Nothing was too much trouble, he explained everything he was doing as he went along. He had to return the following day as battery inside the computer holding the date & time was running out of juice. Again this was attended to and at the same time he installed further updates which allowed easier access to numerous other programmes. I found Mark to be very helpful and his work was without question the best I've had with regards to any work I have ever had done before. I thoroughly would recommend Mark and his services without question, his work was excellent, and he showed a great depth of computer knowledge, leaving me a very happy customer.
